During our family vacation at Whitney Inn & Suites, we had a pleasant stay with our two young children, who stayed free with us—a lovely perk for families. The accommodating staff, such as Levi and Elena, ensured our comfort, even swapping our room to the first floor to accommodate my bicycle without any extra charge. The surrounding state park and nearby bike path provided endless entertainment for the kids, adding a charming touch to our visit.The spacious room, although basic, was clean and sufficient for our needs. While the worn hallway carpets hinted at a need for renovation, the room itself was well-maintained and exceeded our expectations, especially after being kindly upgraded to a business class room.Whitney Inn & Suites offered a family-friendly atmosphere, suitable for a budget-conscious yet comfortable stay, making it a practical choice for families exploring New Haven and its surroundings.
